In the Docklands SDZ at the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC), Dublin 1, Ireland, Dublin Landings is a commercial and residential project. 300 PRS homes, 70,000 sq m of business space and 1,600 sq m of retail and leisure space are part of the development.
The 2.35-hectare site was built by the Ballymore Company and high-profile tenants such as WeWork, the NTMA, NAMA and the Central Bank of Ireland are part of the Oxley Holdings and occupiers.
Dundrum Town Centre is a shopping centre located in Dundrum, Dublin, Ireland. It is Ireland's largest shopping centre with over 169 tenants, almost 140,000 m2 (1,500,000 sq ft) of floor space, and over 3,400 car parking spaces. It is located just south of the village centre of Dundrum.
A number of supermarket, restaurant and entertainment tenants are found in Dundrum Town Centre. Tesco Ireland, Marks and Spencer, H&M, Next, Harvey Nichols, Gap, Hollister Co., Penney's, JD Sports, and Zara have discount outlets. Siam Thai, Yo Kitchen, Eddie Rocket's, FIVE GUYS, Milano's, Nando's, TGI Fridays and Jamie's Italian are among the restaurants. Entertainment comprises Dundrum's Movies@ cinema and Mill Theater. In most of the winter months, a temporary ice-skating rink is operational to host the 'Dundrum on Ice' which begins in October.
